Legacy 6 provides our clients with critical HR management services on retainer as well as à la cart services, such as policy manual creation, benefits advisory services and specific HR guidance on employee matters.
Pricing
We charge 18% of the first year’s salary of the candidate we recruit. This rate constitutes significant savings from our competitors who typically charge an average of 30%, saving our clients more money to invest in their businesses. We also offer discounts for additional employees that we recruit. Retainer and à la cart services (listed above) are priced separately. Please contact us for a quote for these services.
Consulting Service Agreements
Legacy 6 works with our clients utilizing Consulting Services Agreements. These agreements allow us to work as contracted employees, ensuring that we prioritize client needs when we go to market to recruit ideal candidates.
