That fee not only covers recruiting, but other HR functions related to hiring and retention.

Our process begins by taking significant time to get to know our clients well, including their vision, mission, core values, unique culture and what makes them stand out in their industry.  We then determine specific hiring needs and evaluate optimal methods for hiring.  Only then does our highly experienced team begin the process of finding ideal candidates to fill a position…candidates that fit an organization’s culture like the final piece in a jigsaw puzzle.
